The Pixma iP4300 is an award-winning printer, picking up a Best Buy gong from Computer Shopper magazine this year. This is thanks to its combination of features, fast text printing and good quality photo output.
It also offers you flexibility in terms of the size of photos you want to print. Unlike the two PictureMate printers the Pixma iP4300 can print up to A4 size, so you can do extra large prints if you want to.
It uses four of its five inks for colour printing, the fifth is an extra black for text printing and thanks to its use of tiny droplets of ink results are precise. Tech website cnet says in its review "all of our photos were clear and detailed". It's a fast performer too, taking about one and half minutes to print a top quality A4 photo.
